Blobby Floral

Sunday, April 6, 2014

Hi!

Today on my Cinderella hand I did some sort of blobby floral things (I'll do something non-floral next week! I promise!). I was inspired by getonmynail's beautiful design (take a look here), but I had to simplify it because my right hand can't really do much.

Polishes Used:
Zoya Jacqueline | Nails Inc St Martin's Lane | Sephora by OPI It's Totally Karma | Deborah Lippmann Walking on Sunshine | Nails Inc Porchester Square

I used one of my favorite polishes, Zoya Jacqueline, as a base, and made some gray stripes on top. Then I used the polish brushes to make some blobby flower-like things and leaves.

I had a bad break while playing frisbee yesterday, so I had to chop all my nails down to nubs. *sigh* I think they look kinda cute though, and it makes it easier to text... but I got polish all over the tips of my fingers while doing these!

These were really fun and simple to do, I hope you guys like them!

Thanks for reading!

    1. Thanks!! Yep, I have it in a mini size and I hate mini-sized bottles so I avoided using it until now, but it's really gorgeous :)

  2. Your nubs look great, no worries at all. :) This is really pretty... I love the way you drew the flowers and the colors you chose. :)

  3. Cute design, Lucy! Sorry about the break :( I agree though, your nails look sweet like this and it'll make a nice change! I'm trying to grown mine, but every time I file my nails I forget and do them the normal length again!!!! So silly!
